FAQs

if the bike is not collected within 10 days after any repair work is complete, a £10 storage fee will be added for every subsequent week the bike is not collected.

How long does your repair service take?

This depends on the level of service required. We offer on the spot repairs whilst you wait, for example, tube/tyre replacements or slight gear/brake adjustments.

For larger servicing packages, we should be able to get the job turned around in 24-48 hours (depending on the replacement parts availability).

Do you work on E-bikes?

Yes – I work on UK road legal pedal assisted E-bikes. Unfortunately, due to insurance purposes, I cannot work on bikes that have had a conversion kit fitted or off-road dirt bikes like Surron’s.

Do you keep parts in stock?

Yes – I carry a large selection of commonly used parts to help keep turnaround times as quick as possible. Occasionally, some bikes require more specific components that need to be specially sourced and ordered, which can extend the turnaround time, particularly during busy periods.

Can you work on Brompton’s?

Yes – I can indeed, there are no extra service fees for working on them.

Can you service suspension?

Yes – I service leading brands such as Fox, Marzocchi & Rockshox and many others.

Do you do custom builds?

Yes – whether you have your own parts to supply, or would like me to supply them for you, just tell me your vision and I can bring it to life!

Storage fee

Unfortunately, we are very limited on storage space. If your bike is not collected within 7 days after any repair work is complete, a £20 storage fee will be added to the invoice total for every subsequent week the bike is not collected.

Can you fit parts that I have supplied?

Yes however, there will be no warranty or aftercare should the part fail. In the instance that the part is incorrect for your bike, I will supply the correct part at RRP.
