E-bike diagnostics
Just like cars, sometimes plugging a computer into an electric bike can tell us exactly where the issue lies. If your electric bike is lacking power, cutting out or otherwise just not giving you a smooth ride, get in touch with me to book a diagnostic appointment.
I can work on Bosch, Shimano, Yamaha, TQ & Fazua Systems, among many others. If you’re not sure, just give me a call.
Please note: if your electric bike is still within warranty, it’s best to contact the manufacturer.

- Complete Bike Safety & Wear Check
- All Bolts Checked & Retorqued
- Quick frame wipe down & Chain lubricated
- Gears, Brakes & Headset adjusted
- Tyres checked & Inflated
- Seat post cleaned & Re-greased
- Test Ride
- Service documentation with advisories via BikeBook – Must provide email address
The Pace Setter - £89
- The Pit Stop Service Plus:
- Frame, Fork & Wheels cleaned
- Drivetrain components cleaned and lubricated
- Hydraulic brakes bled*
- Wheel True & Spoke Tension Check
- 3 x New parts fitted at no extra cost (not including headset with integrated cables)
The Podium Finish - £149
- All the Pit Stop & Pace Setter items plus:
- Full strip down & Deep clean
- Headset & Hub bearings removed, cleaned & re-greased
- Bottom bracket removed & threads tapped
- Replacement stainless steel inner cables included
- Replacement outer cable housing included
- Handlebars retaped*
- Fork and shock pressure check and adjust
- E-bike & Electric Gears Updated*
- Gtechniq™ Ceramic Quick Coat Frame Protection Treatment
- No additional labour charge for any new parts
- Free 6 week check & quick tune to ensure optimum performance
